Crosshatching an image
You can use the Crosshatch filter to add a crosshatch effect to an entire image or a
part of an image.
To crosshatch an image:
Click Filter | Artistic, and select Crosshatch.

Despeckling an image
You can use the Despeckle filter to remove small, discolored areas, also known as
noise, from an entire image or a part of an image. A scanner or dusty camera lens
can often cause the appearance of noise on an image.
To despeckle an image:
Click Filter | Noise, and select Despeckle.
