ACDSee 12 has Manage, View, Edit

and Online modes allowing you to

access the tools you need depending

on where you are in your workow.

You can easily switch modes at any

time by clicking a mode button.

If you are an ACDSee Photo Manager 2009 user and transitioning to ACDSee 12, you will be familiar with many of the

tools in ACDSee 12. New to ACDSee 12 is the concept of modes. There are four modes: Manage, View, Edit and Online.

The order of the modes allow you to easily manage, view, edit, and upload your images.

Use Manage mode to browse, organize, rate, tag, and batch rename your images. Browsing and organizing images Viewing images Organize by Edited state Upload your images Folders on your computer are displayed in the Folders pane.

Use View mode to view, add captions and keywords as you view your images in full screen. ACDSee Photo Manager 2009 Viewer Image magnification tools are moved to the Bottom toolbar in ACDSee 12. Viewing images Editing images All editing tools have been moved to Edit mode in ACDSee 12.

Browsing and organizing images Use the Easy-Select indicators in the Folders pane to choose which folder of images you would like to see grouped. Select View | Grouped by | Edited State. ACDSeeOnline.com is an image storage and sharing service available to ACDSee 12 users.
