path of the log is in /Library/Startupltems/RGX_Accussy.
Please send the log file to your vendor or Accusys tech support

Controller –
Manual Add Controller – Manually search and add the controller. Refer to Section
4.1.2.1 Adding and Removing Controllers.
Update –
Update System Code – Click to update the firmware of the controller.
Update Boot Code – Click to update the boot code of the controller.
Update BIOS & EFI – Click to update the BIOS or EFI of the controller.
Dump controller log – Download the events log stored in the flash memory of the
RAID controller. Useful for sending to Accusys FAE support during troubleshooting.
Shutdown controller – When user clicks the option, RAID controller would write the
data from memory to HDDs forcibly.
