reliability.Themostadvanced
productofthesolidstatelightingindustryisused.ThesepowerLEDsfeatureinnovativeSMD
(SurfaceMountedDevice)packaging‐technology.TheyaremountedonaluminiumIMS‐substrates
(InsulatedMetallicSubstrate).TheIMSsubstratesfacilitateelectricalinterconnectionofbothLEDs
andtheheatremovalatthesame
time.Thussufficientcoolingandlongtermstabilityofthelamps
areassured.
