OPERATING YOUR REFRIGERATOR OR
FREEZER
It is recommended you install the refrigerator or freezer in a place where the ambient temperature is
between 44º and 90ºF (7º to 32ºC). If the ambient temperature is above or below the recommended
temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in
extremely cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. The operating
temperature range may not be reached.
NOTE: If the door of the unit is left open for more than five seconds, an alarm will sound. The alarm
will stop once the door is closed.
Control Panel for Digital Thermostats
Refrigerators and freezers include a digital thermostat located in the kick plate of your unit.
