IGNITION MODULE
Is the electronic device that veries that the griddle has ignited and is running. If the proper
signals are not received from the ame sense it will lockout the griddle.

Note: Serial numbers 7184 and above will have an Interim Intermittent Ignition system in
conjunction with the dual solenoid valve. The main gas valve was removed
MAIN BURNERS
Main burners are a ceramic burner that supplies the required heat to operate the griddle. If the
get wet they should be allowed to dry without applying heat as they will crack and will need
replaced
