Take the brush away from the
test area as soon as the beep
tone sounds and Test in progress
appears on the screen.
The test area has absorbed
sucient control solution. The
test ends after 5 seconds and
the meter displays the result.

Apply the control solution to the
centre of the test area at the tip
of the cassette using the tip of
the brush.
Applying control solution
You can hold the meter in your hand or lay it down while you apply control solution to the test area. You
should be able to see the test area when applying control solution.
