Connection Lost

The connection was lost between
the meter and the pump during the
pairing process. Therefore, the
attempt to pair your meter and
pump was unsuccessful.
j
Restart the pairing process. See
Chapter 4, Communication Between the
ACCU-CHEK Aviva Combo Meter and
ACCU-CHEK Spirit Combo Pump.
j
Ensure the meter and pump have
Bluetooth wireless technology turned on.
j
If the low battery icon is displayed on the
meter, the meter cannot communicate
with the pump. Replace the batteries.
j
Pump is out of range of the meter.
j
Ensure the meter and pump are within
communication range.
Incorrect Pump Time/Date
j
Pump time/date is incorrect.

Set time/date on the pump (see pump
User Guide).
