For most communication problems between the meter and pump, the meter displays a message with a
short description of the symptom and, along with it, a proposed solution. This chapter goes into more detail
by describing the symptom, the possible cause, and the possible solution. If the possible solutions do not fix
the problem, contact ACCU-CHEK Customer Care Service Center at 1-800-688-4578. For information about
troubleshooting the standard meter features, see the Standard Owner’s Booklet.
