Entering results in mg/dL:
You may enter results from 0 to 999 mg/dL.
Example: for 85 mg/dL enter «8 – 5».
i
The voice unit automatically announces results lower than 0.6 mmol/L (10 mg/dL) with the message “Result below
measuring range”.
The voice unit automatically announces results higher than 33.3 mmol/L (600 mg/dL) with the message “Result
above measuring range”.
Unlike with other entries, a result entry must be confirmed twice with the OK button. When you have arrived at the point where
you enter the result, the voice unit asks you to enter the result and press OK twice to confirm.
As long as you have confirmed your entry only once with the OK button, you may change not only the result but also the date
and time. If you wish to make further changes, press the Left button to return to the entry you wish to change.
Once you have confirmed the result you have entered a second time with the OK button, you can no longer change the date,
time and result.
If you do not wish to enter a result, enter “0” or press the Right button. In this case the voice unit asks if you are sure you do
not wish to enter a result.
For “yes”, do not enter a result, press “1”. For “no”, enter a result, press “2”.
