Start new data set
If you are in the most recent data set, pressing the Down button starts a new data set with the date and time. The same hap-
pens when you are within the personal memo in the newest data set and press the Right button. The date and time are
announced. You can change both and make further entries, such as the result. If you do not make an entry in this new data set
or change only the date and time, the data set is erased when you close the diary. For further information please see Chapter
12.3.3.
Closing the diary
You can close the diary at any time. To do this press once either the Up or the Down button and then the Left button. The voice
unit then returns to the Diary menu. Or press the Left button repeatedly until you reach the Diary menu.
12.3.3 Announce most recent result and edit diary (2-1)
In this menu you can have the results announced, add additional information to existing diary entries, and enter results manu-
ally.
When you call up this menu, the most recent result is automatically read aloud together with its date, time and additional
information. From here you can select further entries and other data sets, as described in Chapter 12.3.2. Each data set
selected is read aloud together with all additional entries.
Any warning or message issued by the meter or the voice unit at the time of testing, such as “Temperature at limit of permit-
ted range”, is announced before the result. The warnings and messages are explained in Chapter 8.
