and means:

The results in memory may be incorrect. Incorrect results can cause the wrong thera-
peutic decision to be taken and so produce serious adverse health effects.
Although you performed
a blood glucose test, the bot-
tle symbol is displayed.
An assignment error has occurred. The result is correct, but has been saved as a quality con-
trol test.
 Press the S button once so that the bottle symbol is no longer displayed.
If the meter has already been switched off, you can no longer make the correction. You
cannot change results you have retrieved from memory with the M button.
