This result is a quality control result.
The temperature during testing was at the limit of the permitted range (between +6°C and
+10°C or between +40°C and +44°C).
Do not use the result as a basis for therapeutic decisions.
Turn the meter off. Let the meter warm up or cool down slowly. Turn the meter on again
and repeat the test.
During testing the permitted temperature range is from +10°C to +40°C.
When this result was saved, the temperature was at the limit of the permitted range.
Do not use the result as a basis for therapeutic decisions.
The batteries are running low. When the symbol first appears in the display, you can perform
about 50 more tests. Continue testing until all the test strips in the test strip drum have been
used. Then replace the batteries and the test strip drum.
If you use NiMH rechargeable batteries instead of ordinary batteries, fewer than 50 more tests
can be performed. If the rechargeable batteries are old and exhausted, it may not be possible
to perform even one more test.
When the batteries are so low that no more tests can be performed, the battery symbol
appears briefly for 3 seconds in the display. Then the meter turns off. Insert two batteries (new
or recharged).
