Introduction

d Numeric keypad
You use the keypad to go to menus, make entries in the
diary and enter other data such as the time and date.
The 5 button has a raised dot.
e Infrared window
The infrared window is used to send results from the
meter or the diary to a computer.
f OK button
You use this button to save your entries, e.g. diary
entries or other data. The button has a raised tick.
g Decimal point button
The decimal point button is used for entering a decimal
point, e.g. 8.5. The button has a raised dot.
h On/Off button
To turn the voice unit on, press and hold the On/Off but-
ton for at least 2 seconds. To turn it off, press the button
briefly.
i Help button
Press this button if you would like to hear the Help text
relating to the last spoken text. The button has a raised
question mark in Braille script.
j Volume buttons
The + (upper) button turns the volume up. The – (lower)
button turns the volume down.
