 Press the M button repeatedly until the correct day is displayed. Each push will advance one day.

If you hold the M button down, the meter fast-scrolls forward to 31, and then starts again at 1.
 Press the S button to save the chosen setting. The alarm clock setting comes next.
 If you wish to set neither the alarm clock function nor a hypo indicator:
 Press the Test button to turn the meter off.
or
 If you do not wish to set the alarm clock function but do wish to set a hypo indicator:
 Press the S button repeatedly until you reach the hypo indicator setting.
