 With the meter turned off, press the S button.
The meter turns on without advancing a test strip.
The symbol for the beep tone and On 1 flash in the display.
 Press the M button to move to the next option.
On 1: The beep tone is on.
On 2: Acoustic Mode is on.
OFF: The beep tone and Acoustic Mode are off.
 Press the S button to save the chosen setting. The year setting comes next.
