The procedure for changing the settings is as follows:
 Press the S button to call up the settings menu. A test strip is not advanced.
When a setting flashes in the display, this indicates that you can change it.
 Press the M button to change the current setting.
 Numerals such as the year, time and date can be incremented to a certain value, then the count-up starts again
from the beginning.
 In the case of settings that give you a choice of options, e.g. the beep tone setting, pressing the M button presents
each option in turn.
 Press the S button to save the chosen setting and move on to the next setting.
You can change the settings at any time. Press the S button repeatedly until the setting you wish to change is displayed flash-
ing.
You can close the settings menu at any time by pressing the Test button. All settings you have entered up to that point are
saved.

Always turn the meter on with the S button when you intend to change the settings. If you turn the meter on with the
Test button and there is a drum in the meter, a test strip will be advanced.
