12.5.1.4 Set time format (4-1-4)
Different cultures use different formats for the time. The voice unit is therefore able to work with two different time formats.
Here you can enter either the 24-hour format or the 12-hour format.
In 24-hour format the time is displayed from 0:00 to 23:59. In 12-hour format the time is displayed from 12:00 to 11:59 with
an additional a.m. for before noon or p.m. for after noon. The way the time is announced and entered depends on the time for-
mat that is set.
The voice unit tells you which time format has been set. If you wish to keep this, press the OK button.
If you wish the voice unit to use the other time format, enter the number the voice unit tells you and press OK to confirm.
12.5.1.5 Set date format (4-1-5)
Different cultures use different formats for the date. The voice unit is therefore able to work with two different date formats.
Here you can set the format to either “day – month – year” or “month – day – year”. The way you enter the date depends on
the date format that is set.
