You can stop entering search criteria at any time and not start a search. Press the Up button to move to the entry for the first
search criterion and then press the Left button. All entries you have made up to this point will be saved.
Search for date, results, insulin doses and carbohydrates
Rules for entering search criteria
If you wish to enter or change search criteria, entry starts with the lower value for the date. Then follows the upper value
for the date. Then come further entries in the order result, Insulin A, carbohydrates, Insulin B and Insulin C, in each case
with the lower value first and then the upper value. Finally come the first event and the second event.
The Right button takes you from one search criterion to the next. The Left button takes you back to the previous search
criterion. The Up button takes you back to the entry for the first search criterion, i.e. the lower value for the date. The
Down button takes you to the entry for the last search criterion, i.e. the second event.
Entering search criteria is just like making diary entries and is explained under Data input and output (Chapter 12.3.1).
Both after you have entered the lower value and after you have entered the upper value for a search criterion, the voice
unit checks that the lower value is smaller than the upper value. If it is not the case, the voice unit rejects both values
and asks you to enter them again.
Search starting with a specific value
If you only enter a lower value as the search criterion, all data sets containing this and higher values are returned as hits.
