Cleaning the meter and finger pricker

If the measuring optics are visibly soiled, clean the
inside of the meter as follows:
9 Carefully wipe the measuring optics and the front
opening of the meter with a lightly moistened cloth
or cotton swab.
10 Carefully wipe the sensors on the inside wall of the
meter with a lightly moistened cloth or cotton
swab.
Make sure that no liquid enters the meter. Avoid
scratching the measuring optics and the
sensors. Scratches could interfere with tests or
the advancing of test areas to the tip of the
cassette.
