Changing Number, Date, and Time Display Preferences

You can choose your display preferences for numbers, dates, and times in the

Follow these steps:

Click Settings

on the

Main Menu

window to display the

Settings

menu window.

Click Preferences

from the

Settings

menu window to display the

Preferences—Formatting dialog box.

Note:

Any options in the left navigation panel marked with a

symbol can be expanded by clicking the

symbol to see a list of specific choices. Any option in the left navigation panel marked with a

symbol can

be collapsed by clicking the

symbol.

Click the Numbers—Decimal Symboldrop

down arrow

, and select a decimal symbol.

Click the Date—Formatdrop

down arrow

, and select a date format.

Click the Date—Separatordrop

down arrow, and select a date separator.

Click the Time—Formatdrop

down arrow

, and select a time format.

Click the Time—Separatordrop

down arrow, and select a time separator.

Click OK

to save your changes.
