Creating New Batch Reports
The Build Batch Reports function enables you to create batch reports in the

A batch report is a set of existing reports that are always printed, e
-
mailed, and/or faxed together. The
Build Batch Reports dialog box displays the names and descriptions of available batch reports.
Follow these steps to create a new batch report:
1.
Click Advanced Reports and Letters
in the
Main Menu
window.
2.
Click Build Batch Reports
in the
Advanced Reports and Letters
menu window to open the
Build Batch
Reports dialog box.
3.
Click Create New
to open the
Create New Batch Report dialog box.
4.
Make the appropriate entries in the fields and select the batch report type.
5.
Click OK
to open the
Create New Batch Report List dialog box.
6.
Make the appropriate selections.
7.
Click OK
to save the new batch report.
