 Verify your Network name and Security
settings.
If the problem persists………
I am unable to see my Network name in the
Available wireless networks section of the
Wireless Network Connection dialog box
in Station Mode on my HP PC.
 Consult the user’s manual for your
Wireless Gateway or Access Point.
What happens if I forget my Admin
Password for the SoftAP™ ?
 Uninstall the SoftAP™ (see Chapter 8)
and Activate it again (see Chapter 5).
If the problem persists……
 Refer to the CD that came with this
product. This CD contains the full
User’s Manual as well as a file called
“password_reset.rgs”. Double click this
file to reset your password only after
attempting to uninstall and reinstall.
I am having diffuculty with my VPN
connection.
 Check your VPN server for related
problems.
