Troubleshooting: If the Link LED does not light up when a device is connected to its corre-
sponding port, check that both the hub and connected device are powered on. For
devices connected to the hub using twisted-pair cable, check that the cable length does
not exceed 100 meters (328 feet). You should have standard, straight-through cables and
not crossover or other specialized cables.

Function: Indicates traffic entering the port.
Condition Indication
BLINKING Indicates the port is receiving packets; blinking is
proportional to the traffic entering the port.
OFF No packets are being received by this port.
