Primary datum C and seating plane are defined by the spherical crowns of the solder pins. Dimension
is measured at the maximum solder pin diameter, parallel to primary datum C. All dimensions and
tolerances conform to ASME Y14.5 – 2009.

The bottom view shows 50 solder pins. The pitch of the BGA pins is 500 µm, the pin diameter is 300
µm ±5 µm and the collapsed pin height is 0.244 ± 0.050 mm.
