Step 3.
Make sure that the hardware in Side Panels (Part B&C)
are in the open position as indicated by the straight
arrow in the diagram. Add the top to the base making
sure that the male hardware is completely inserted into
the female hardware in Top Panel (Part A). Secure the
top by turning the switches to the locked position as
shown as indicated by the curvec arrow in the diagram.
