1.!Open!the!door!to!the !point!where!you!want!it!to!stop.!Ensure!the!doorknob!is!approximately!2!

inches!from!th e !wall.!

2.!Draw!a!line!where!the!door!opens!to!before!the!wall.!

3.!Find!a!spot!where!you!would!like!to!in st a ll! th e !stop!on!the!floo r. !

4.!Make!a!pencil!mark!1/2!inch!away!door!mark!line,!in!the !direction!of!the!door's!swing!when!

opening.!

5.!Secure!the!stop!on!the!floor,!with!the!magnetic!surface!facing !to ward!the !door.!

6.!Find!the!position!on!the!door!where!the!catch!sho uld!go!to!align!with!the!stop.!

7.!Make!a!pencil!mark!on!the!door!in!the!ce nter!of!the !area! where!the!catch!will!be.!

8.!Secure!catch!to!door!using!mark!as!a!guide.
