Setup of maximum high speed and acceleration.
Maximum high speed and acceleration can be set by using the ACCEL command. Drive
speed can be decided by using the FEED command.
Format
ACCEL [n] [s] max [long min]
n: axis constant X_AZ_A
s: S-curve acceleration parameter ‒ 1-100
max: maximum high speed 14Mpps
long: acceleration / deceleration pulse count
min: start up pulse rate
