Pumpdown/Lockout (Screen 1)
Navigation: MAIN MENU  MAINTENANCE MENU  PUMPDOWN/LOCKOUT
The control supports the use of an external means to pump the
refrigerant from the evaporator to the condenser for service
purposes.
Upon entering Pumpdown, the following message is dis-
played:
PUMPDOWN REQUESTED
WARNING:
Observe Freeze-Up Precautions
While Using External Pumpout
To Remove Charge
Yes to Continue?
If the user presses YES, the following message is displayed:
PUMPDOWN REQUESTED
Close Isolation Valves If Installed
Yes To Start Water Pumps?
If the user presses YES, the pumps are activated and the fol-
lowing message is displayed:
PUMPDOWN REQUESTED
Chilled Water and Condenser
Water Pumps Are ON
Waiting For Flow Confirmation
If both flows are not confirmed before the WATER FLOW
VERIFY TIME, then both pumps are de-energized and the fol-
lowing message will be displayed:
PUMPDOWN TERMINATED
Chilled Water Flow Failure
Condenser Water Flow Failure
