List button
Show List Buttons.
If you select this option, the program
displays list buttons at certain fields in Simply Accounting
windows. When you click a list button, a list of options for that
field will appear.
Pro version
Automatically Refresh Lists.
If you enter transactions while
running Simply Accounting in multi-user mode, check this box if
you want the program to automatically update lists of records
(accounts, vendors, and so on) when another user makes
changes to the records. Lists will appear more quickly if the box
is not checked, but recently changed records may not appear
correctly on the list.
System Settings
The Settings dialog box for System Settings allows you to set
options such as interest charges, payroll taxes, aging periods,
and the format and contents of invoices and reports.
The Settings dialog box looks like this:
There are several tabs in the Settings dialog box. Each tab
contains different options that you can set.
