05-09-06 - UCD Enable Time:
This parameter is to set the time duration before the system answers an incoming call when the ring
assigned station(s) are busy, if a VSC card is installed. The incoming call will show as a normal ring
signal on the DSS key and can be answered by the operator at any time even while the voice message
is playing to the caller.
0=5 seconds 1=10 seconds 2=15 seconds 3=20 seconds 4=25 seconds
5=30 seconds 6=35 seconds 7=40 seconds 8=45 seconds 9=50 seconds
05-09-07 - UCD Hold Recall Time:
After the assigned time duration, if a station in the hunt group or the system operator has not become
free, the caller will recall the VSU and VSU 2

UCD recording will be played. This time sets the hold
value. The message will be played to the caller every time the recall time is reached until answered by
the operator or the caller hangs up.

05-09-08 - UCD Duration Time:
If a call has not been answered by a live person by the time this timer expires, the system will
disconnect the outside caller. The system will play a warning message to the caller before releasing
the call
