Form 84-01 – Home Area Code:
This is the area code where your own telephone numbers terminate. It is the area code portion of your phone
number. It is 3 digits in length.

Form 85-nn – Overlay Area Code:
Some larger cities in the United States have exhausted an entire area code. Instead of separating portions and
assigning unique area codes to different geographic regions, the telco has instead and introduced an overlay
area code. This program assigns up to 5 overlay area codes for Caller ID redial feature. Each overlay Area
Code is 3 digits in length.

Form 86-nnn – Office Code Pattern:
This form assigns proper redial pattern to each office code (only within your own area code). This is designed to
provide you with the ability to differentiate between 7 digit dialing (local calls) and other calls within your own
area code. There are three possible settings for calls within your own area code. You must define each type.
0 = Redial pattern is NXX-XXXX (Local call: 7 Digit)
1 = Redial pattern is 1-NXX-XXXX (Local Toll: 1 + 7 Digit)
2 = Redial pattern is 1-NXX-NXX-XXXX (Local Toll: 1 + 10 Digit)
