When set to 0 (Default) a station that is ringing on an incoming CO trunk is automatically connected to the
station when the handset is lifted or the SPKR button is pressed. When set to 1, Auto Answer is disabled and
the station will need to press the key associated with the ringing line in order to answer the call.
0=Auto Connect Enabled (Default) 1= Auto Connect Disabled
