Transformer mounting plate accessory (REF 4200-75)
The Transformer Mounting Plate Kit 1. Align the bottom of the Spot
Vital Signs with the mounting
plate.
2. Slide the Spot Vital Signs onto the
mounting plate and start integral
screw into brass nut located on
the back of the Spot unit.
3. Tighten the integral
screw until snug. Do
not overighten. Verify
the Spot Vital is
fastened securely to
the transformer
mounting plate.
4. Remove the wire
clamp screw and save
it for later use.
5. Place the transformer
onto the mounting
plate.
6. Place the wire clamp
over the transformer
and hook the two
ends into the slots.
The ends must slip
underneath the plate.
7. Replace the screw
and firmly tighten it
down so that the
clamp is secure.
