ABOLOS Limited Product Warranty
In the event of defects caused by improper manufacturing, ABOLOS will replace any defective
units FOB Stockton (installation not included), provided ABOLOS is notified in writing within one
year of installation or within 18 months of shipment of product (whichever occurs first) of such
defect. ABOLOS is not responsible for the performance of its product where improper
installation, substrate, or environmental conditions exist.
DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of handmade products, variations in color, shade, tone, size and surface
texture are normal. Minor crookedness, chipping and glue residue found in the products are
results of the float glass handmade process and are not considered defective. Misuse of the
product, such as chemical or physical abuse is not covered by this warranty. Be sure to consult
an ABOLOS professional for all wet area installations. Not all ABOLOS products can be used in
wet areas.
In no circumstances shall ABOLOS’s liability on any claim made by anyone exceed the purchase
price paid for the product by said customer.
