1. The power button has
not been pressed/The
cleaner has not had time
to heat.
1. Press the power button located on the carry handle to
illuminate the indicator light.
Ensure you have waited 5
minutes for the water to heat up sufficiently before trying
to steam clean.
2. Water tank may not be
filled/may
need refilling.

Make sure the water tank is filled
. The tank takes up to
750ml of water. Refer to pages 9 and 10 of the instruction
manual provided.

The unit may not be
plugged in properly/the
fuse
or breaker
may not
be working.

Verify the unit is plugged into an approved electrical
outlet,
is switched on and that the fuse or breaker is
functioning properly
.
4. The steam knob is set
too low.
4. The steam knob should be turned to regulate the steam
emission. Turning anti

clockwise increases the intensity of
the steam.
5. The safety lock on the
steam gun may be on.
5. To unlock
the steam gun, press the lock mechanism to
the right so it protrudes on the left side of the gun.

How does the steam
knob work?
1. The steam knob is located on the side of
the cleaner.
For low steam concentration, turn the dial clockwise. For
high steam concentration, turn the dial anticlockwise.
