4 Getting Started
Powering off the laser scanner
Once the laser scanner has been completely shut down, disconnect the AC power cable first, then
disconnect the power supply cable from the laser scanner, remove the battery and secure the
equipment in protective cases.
Removing the battery
1. Open the battery cover.
2. Push the fastener to release the battery.
3. Remove the battery.
4. Close the battery cover.
Unplugging the power supply
Take care to unplug the bend connector from the laser scanner by pulling at the connector only! Do
not pull at the cable or you may damage the connector and the laser scanner!
