 Show only physical panning resolutions: Check this box to allow modes
smaller than traditional Windows desktop modes to be set on the selected
display. This can cause the visible area of the display to possibly appear
zoomed or to pan around the desktop, depending on the capabilities of the
display.
 Hide modes that this monitor cannot support: This item allows you to
specify whether to include modes that are not supported by your display.
NOTE: Choosing a mode that is inappropriate for your display may cause
severe display problems and could damage your hardware.
 Add: This option allows you to add the customized mode entered in the mode
edit area to the Custom Modes list.
Desktop Management:
 Enable nView Desktop
Manager: This item allows you
to load or unload nView
Desktop Manager desktop
management. It also controls if
nView Desktop Manager
automatically starts at boot or
not.
 Wizard: Click this button to run
the NVIDIA nView Desktop
Manager Setup Wizard. The
Wizard helps set up the most
commonly used nView Desktop
Manager display settings,
including window management,
desktop management and
“transparency” effects. Using
this Wizard, you can enable or
disable the automatic startup of
nView Desktop Manager when loading Windows. (For detailed setup
procedure, please refer to Chapter 5-1 “nView Desktop Manager Setup
Wizard”.)
