Chapter 6. HPT 374 Driver Installation
Here we will show you the driver installation procedure under various operating systems.
6-1. DOS
®
This IDE RAID BIOS supports DOS
®
5.x (or above) and Windows
®
3.1x without the software driver.
6-2. Windows
®
2000
Step 1: Insert the AT7-MAX2 series CD into
your CD-ROM drive. It should execute the
program automatically. If not, you can go to the
CD location and execute the execution file at the
main directory of the CD. After it has been
executed, you will see the screen below.
Step 2: Move the cursor to “HPT 374 Driver”
and click on it. You will go to the next screen.
Step 3: The “InstallShield Wizard” shows up,
and it will go to the next screen for a while.
Step 4: You will now see the welcome screen
and its dialogue box. Click “N
ext>” to go on.
Step 5: The “Digital Signature Not Found”
menu show up. Click “Yes” to go on. This screen
will show up again, please click “Yes” to go on.
