The distance
between the
Compact Rolltalk
and the Remote
Control should be
approx. 5 cm
during recording.
Use the Remote Control to customize your Remote page.
 From the Main Menu, select Settings|Remote Control
1. Select Functions, to select which functions to use on the Remote
Control Page
2. Select Change Overview Picture, to edit the picture identifying the
function. Choose from several different sources or select Text, if no
picture displayed is desired.
3. Select Edit Content, to change text/pictures and add Remote Control
Signals to the function.
4. First select the Function to edit, and then select the Button to add
functionality
5. Change picture or add text to the Button
6. Select IR-Signal, to add Infrared Signal’s to the Button.
7. Select Start Recording, and follow the instructions on the screen to
record the Infrared Signal
8. Select Test, to test the recorded Infrared Signal
9. Select Add, to add the recorded Infrared Signal to the Button.
10. Select Delete, to remove the added Infrared Signal from the Button
11. Repeat the steps to add several Infrared Signals to the same Button
12. Test Sequence, to test the all the added Infrared Signals.
To access the advanced Infrared menu, select More:
 Select how to send the Infrared Signal, choose between # of
Signals, Duration or While Activated
 Select Difficult Signals, if there is an issue recording the Infrared
Signal
 Add predefined Pauses to the sequence
 Add preprogrammed Gewa-Signals to the sequence
 Use the Navigate Buttons, to change the order of the sequence.
