When you selecting an object in the left–hand pane of the window, its “contents” will be displayed in the right–hand pane.

Object Information displayed in the right–hand pane of the main window:

Project The list of the objects included into the project.

Batches The list of all batches that are present in the database at the moment (except for batches

associated with batch types with 'Reserved' status). Batches associated with batch types with

'Editable' status are displayed in grey. For each batch its properties are displayed:

• number,

• name,

• type,

• date of creation,

• page number,

• queue,

• the name of the computer where the station is installed and the login and role of the

operator who is processing the batch if the batch is being processed on some station.

To sort the batches, click on the name of a column.

Tasks The list of the tasks executed by the operators during a certain period. The following

information is shown for each operator:

• login,

• the name of the workstation on which the operator executed the task,

• the name and number of the processed batch,

• queue,

• time when the task was started and finished.

Tasks are always assigned one of the following statuses:

• 'Under execution' status is assigned to a task that is performed at the moment. This task

is displayed with the icon.

• 'Interrupt task' status is assigned to a task that was interrupted by the export and

monitoring operator. This task is displayed with the icon.

• 'Completed' status is assigned to a task that was implemented. This task is displayed with

the icon.

To sort the tasks, click on the name of a column.

Statistics

Sessions The list of all workstation sessions running in the form capture system at the moment. The

following information is shown for each station:

• station type,

• name of the workstation (the network name of the computer),

• login of the operator working on the station,

• role of the operator,

• name and type of the batch processed on the station,

• time when the station was launched.
