General safety information
Before operating the GLP systems Track, you should read and understand the safety information
in this manual.
For information about actions or conditions that can affect system performance, carefully review
Operational precautions and limitations, page 173.
To become familiar with safety icons on the instrument and in this manual that indicate
potentially hazardous situations, review Hazards, page 177. Comply with the hazard and safety
information to minimize the potential for harm to personnel and damage to the laboratory
environment.
These two sections of the manual contain supplemental information. Do not use the
supplemental information to supersede workplace safety requirements. Review any significant
differences between the supplemental information and the workplace safety requirements with
management or a workplace safety representative.
For customers in the European Union: If, in the course of using this device, you have reason to
believe that a serious incident has occurred, please report it to the manufacturer and to your
national authority.
The GLP systems Track is state-of-the-art. However, residual dangers exist. The safety
instructions must be read and observed. The manufacturer accepts no liability for failure to
observe the safety instructions.
