Problem Possible cause Possible solution
There seems to be
residual current in
the charging circuit
There is a relay con-
tact failure
There is residual current in
the charging circuit.
The monitoring sensor for
residual current has a fail-
ure.
The relay contact is over-
heated or defective.

De-energize the EVSE. Refer
to section 10.3.
2.
Contact your local representa-
tive of the manufacturer or a
qualified electrical contractor.
Refer to section 1.9.
Replace the monitoring sensor
for residual current.

Examine the relay contact.
2.
If necessary, adjust the cur-
rent.
3.
If necessary, replace the relay
contact.
The error
Missing
earth shows
There is no internet
connection
The EVSE is not earthed
correctly.
The internet connectivity
between the EVSE and the
router is lost.
The RJ45 cable or plug is
defective
1.
Do a check of the protective
earth line of the connector of
the AC input.
2.
Install the protective earth
conductor.
Connect the EVSE to the internet.
If it is necessary, replace the RJ45
cable or plug.
There is no WiFi Do a check of the WiFi signal
strength at the site.
The EV is not charg-
ed
There is no 3G/4G connec-
tivity
There is a problem with
the EVSE

Do a check of the Nano-SIM
card connections.
2.
Do a check of the 3G/4G sig-
nal strength at the site.

Make sure that the power
supply to the EVSE is on.
2.
Examine the EVSE to find if is
working correctly.
3.
Examine the
ChargerSync
app
and the charge LED to make
sure that the charging session
is authorized.
4.
Start the charging session.
