– Stop bit or NAK bit can be issued any time during reading. – In 14 - bit mode: D15 and D14 are repeated MSB and can be ignored. – In 12 - bit mode: D15 - D12 are repeated MSB and can be ignored. – Configuration byte repeats as long as clock is provided after the 4th byte.
