Assembly Middle & Upper Handle 1. Connect the lower handle and middle handle with locking knobs and bolts. ( Fig. 3) Fig.3 2. Connect the upper handle and middle handle with locking knobs and bolts. 3. Attach the cable-clamp to the position shown and then attach the cable. (Fig.4) Fig.4 2.
