Stcp 4 - S hi fting the Lens Pon
The fells pon II ceds 10 be reset 10 the new oplicaf center of the
shifted viewing
screen and viewft nd er.
- If the pon cap is on, remove it. R cmove the Jens S tOp Knob by
Joo sening the single sJoned or allen screw which secures it to the
Jen s lock ri ng.
- Remove the lens lock ring by unscrewing
il off the lens port
ring.

allen head
sc rcw s which lock the lens pon ring to the lens holder.

occ upied hole alongside il. Also note that one of
cach pair of hal es will he markcd with a red dOl indicaling
Supcr l6 positioning.
- Remove the three allcn screws and carefully lift off the Jens
port ring and
il S accompanying shims and pla ce on a c1ean sur-
face with the s
him side face up. Take note of the screw holes
from which the three
sc rews have becn removcd. Al so note an
unoceupied ho
le alongside eaeh.
- Shift the
Jen s pon by refastening the lens pon ring utilizing the
second
se t of screw hol es in both the lens port ring and the lens
holder.
