1.1 15mm Front Rods
The mos! versatile and popular configuration for accessorizing
the
XTRpius camera, the un i versa.1 ! 5 mm scrcw·in front rod sys-
tem can instantly acccpt Aaton. Ani. Chrosziel. Petroff and other
manufacturers'
mattebox and follow focus sys tems. Utilizing the
front rod system allows for quick co nversion from tripod 10
shoulder operating modes withoUi the nce!! for
rcconfiguration.
Aaton manufactures 50mm and IOOm rn length rods that screw
directly imo
th e front housing of XTRpius unde meath the Jens
pon.
The 15mm front rod sys tem is recommended when standa rd size
lenses and accessories are to be used
or when quick conversion
between
tripod and handheld modes is necessary.
1.2 Sliding Bridgeplate
The XTRplus can also accept standard 15 and 19mm sl i ding
bridgeplales for building th e camera sys tem for high-end studio
