When the phone triggers an alarm, a pre-alarm sounds locally on the phone, after that the phone sends an alarm message to the alarm system. The alarm is then subsequently processed by the alarm system. The alarm system can be set up so that the alarms are also signalled on the phone. You can add the vibracall to the pre-alarm melody.

Note: The alarm is triggered even if the keypad is locked. Locking the alarm settings You want to protect the alarm settings against unauthorized or unintentional changes.
