To open the phone:
1 Press #76*
2Enter Authorization code and press # and
3 Press to finish the procedure.
To assign your own authority level to another phone:
1Press *75* (Germany, The Netherlands, and Sweden, Press *72*)
2Enter Authorization code and Press *
3 Dial your own extension number and Press # and
Wait for a verification tone.
4 Dial the digit or digits to get an external line and external number.
To change your individual Authorization code:
1Press *74*
2 Enter old authorization code and Press*
3 Enter new authorization code and press # and .
Wait for verification tone.
4 Press to finish the procedure.

If you are assigned to use this feature and you are working externally, you can call your office
and get access to an external line in order to make business calls.
Calling with an Common Authorization code:
1 Call the DISA function at your office.
Wait for dial tone
2Press *72*
3 Dial the Authorization code and Press #.
Wait for dial tone.
4 Dial External number.
Calling with an Individual Authorization code:
1 Call the DISA function at your office.
Wait for dial tone
2Press *75*
3 Dial the Authorization code and Press *
4 Dial your own external number, Press #
