Remote Programming of Diversion on Busy
By using Diversion on busy, incoming calls are forwarded to a
predefined extension when you are busy in a call. Using remote
programming of Diversion on busy, you can manage the
Diversion on busy settings of other extensions besides the
extension you are currently located at. You can, for example,
activate Diversion on busy for extension 1234 while being located
at extension 5678.
Follow the steps below to activate Diversion on busy for another
extension:
*212* Dial.
å Dial the extension number to divert.
#æ Press.
Wait for the call icon to stop flashing.
æ Press to finish the procedure.
Follow the steps below to terminate Diversion on busy for
another extension:
#212* Dial.
å Dial the diverted extension number.
#æ Press.
Wait for the call icon to stop flashing.
æ Press to finish the procedure.
